As Licensed Acupuncturists, we see every day how much people are carrying. We also know private acupuncture sessions can be expensive. So we created a shared space to offer accessible ear acupuncture treatments focused on nervous system regulation.
Whether you come for a single session or every week, consider this your 45 minutes of quiet, respite, and repair.

Our Story
We met in graduate school in NYC where we were fortunate enough to study Chinese Medicine from 88th generation Taoist priest, Jeffrey Yuen. This led to 20+ years of partnership, children and an adventurous path searching for home in metropolitan cities, islands, and towns across the US.
After Oct 7th, we were called to join our family here in Israel
to help, heal, and rebuild.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all. Many of our clients are first-timers.
-
The needles are as thin as a strand of hair. Still, each person has a different level of sensitivity and many people’s sensitivity varies from week to week. Most people feel a brief prick upon insertion and then nothing.
-
Community acupuncture has a long tradition of making effective treatment more affordable and accessible.
There is also something quietly powerful about resting and healing alongside others.
-
Most people feel an effect right away. But no single treatment creates lasting change. The effects are cumulative, so the more consistently you come, the more you tend to feel the difference — and the longer it tends to last. That said, some people come from time to time as drop-ins, and some never miss a week.
-
Comfortable clothing. No need to change or undress. The needles only go in your ears.

The NADA Protocol
The NADA Protocol is a gentle, non-verbal ear acupuncture treatment based on five specific points, offered quietly in a shared setting.
Developed at Lincoln Hospital in New York, it was first used in addiction treatment, emergency relief, and war trauma. Today, it is used in more than 40 countries worldwide to support people experiencing grief, anxiety, emotional overload, sleep disturbances, and post-traumatic stress.
Sympathetic Point - Calms the autonomic nervous system. Shifts the body from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest.
Shen Men "Spirit Gate” - Reduces anxiety, restores a sense of inner calm and presence.
Kidney Point- The root of vitality in Chinese medicine. Addresses deep fear, exhaustion, and depletion.
Liver Point- Moves stuck energy. Addresses anger, frustration, and the tension of holding too much.
Lung Point- Supports grief and letting go. Opens the chest. Helps release what the body has been carrying.
